Project Overview
Trade Coffee required a Shopify theme that put subscriptions front and center without sacrificing the premium feel of a specialty coffee brand. We designed and built a fully custom theme featuring a coffee quiz, curated bundle builder, and seamless subscription management integrated with Recharge.
Performance was a key priority — we achieved a Lighthouse performance score over 90 on mobile by optimizing image delivery, deferring non-critical scripts, and eliminating render-blocking resources.
